Summary: This is a hotel in need of an update. Lots of wear and tear. Clean, but worn. Also, every hotel needs an accessible outlet on each side of the bed. This hotel doesn’t have that.

Summary: Gal was Very friendly at check in! She gave my doggie xtra treats. The hotel is worn and in need of upgrade. The room was clean but carpet in my room was damp from shampooing. Breakfast was ho hum. No orange juice(only apple) ! No bananas!

Summary: We had to walk a long way around because there was no parking near where our room was due to a working door was labeled “use other door.” The key would not work for this door. We could exit but not enter. It presented a problem.

Summary: On our travels to Ohio and back to North Carolina, we sought out Quality Inn locations along our route which brought us closest to our points of interest. We stayed in Jackson, Fairborn Ohio and Beckley West VA. We can always depend on a good hot breakfast and coffee each morning of our departure. Thank you , Quality Inn for convenience and cleanliness, helpful staff and great locations for us travelers!

Summary: There is an on-site bar and restaurant. I ate dinner in the bar, and ate the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. BOTH were really good. The breakfast options were among the best I have ever had in a hotel.

Summary: Room was not as clean as should have been, found nail clippings in one bed, container of salad dressing by the bed. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion very very hard to use with arthritic hands.

Summary: We mostly enjoyed our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The first morning, breakfast was good. The lady who was working kept it well-supplied. The 2nd morning (Sunday), there was a man restocking, but everything was empty, and the dining room was full of disappointed people. The eggs were gone, there was no bread. There were 3 biscuits in the warmer. No bagels or danish. Nada. Not really acceptable when breakfast is part of the deal.

Summary: I was traveling for a recreational event. This stay offered exactly what I expected for the value: friendly and courteous staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and excellent location for access to the New River Gorge National Park. There are several food options nearby and/or within driving distance. There is a restaurant on site as well. I'd stay again and I recommend it if you're looking for value and convenience. Thank you for a nice stay, Quality Inn staff!

Summary: Very worn down. Shower tub drained very slow, light for the room did not work. Several stains on the floor. Was okay for a quick weekend.
